Sauteed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 Lg sweet onion

  • 1 Lg yellow Bell Pepper

  • 1 Lg orange Bell Pepper

  • 1 Tbsp. olive Oil

  • 1 Tbsp. Mama Fuerte Chutney

 

Preparation

  • Slice onion and peppers into 1/2 inch pieces, and sauté in olive oil over medium heat until they begin to sweat.

  • Add mustard and Mama Fuerte Chutney to combine.

  • Serve as a side dish to your favorite protein!
